Villa ready to start PL auction for Grealish

Aston Villa are ready to start a Premier League auction for Jack Grealish.
The cash-stricken Birmingham club desperately need to raise funds and value the 22-year-old playmaker (left) at £40million.
Manchester City’s Brian Marwood was an interested onloooker at the play-off final while Arsenal have scouted the youngster for the past six months.
Tottenham, Leicester and Newcastle are also interested.
Newcastle value the player at £25m but Leicester remain among the favourites.
The Foxes will need a high-profile replacement if, as expected, Riyad Mahrez makes an £80m-plus switch to Manchester City.
Leicester are also interested in James Maddison and may even take both if they bank sufficient funds for former Player-of-the-Year Mahrez.
